Me: I haven't received any new cards or numbers from this county and the ones I have are only good in Monroe County.
Worker: Well, I don't know how I'm supposed to help you.
Me: I need to call someone to change my primary care provider so I can go to the doctor and I don't know who to call since I haven't received any information about my coverage in this county.
Worker: You only have to change your primary care provider in a managed care plan which you aren't enrolled in.
Me: I was in one in Monroe county, they transferred my case to Niagara county, I thought I'd be enrolled in the same amount of coverage as I had!
Worker: Let me transfer you.
