Keeping on the sewing path today. This is one outfit I made the other day, finished a similar one this morning, working on another right now. Still waiting to hear from some models... fingers crossed.
Rain Rain Go AWAY!
Oscar, in one of his calm momentsGot a lot of sewing done yesterday. Making/altering costumey things for shoots. I am a one-stop shop when it comes to photo shoots... I photograph of course, but I'm also a hair stylist, know my way around makeup, have quite a wardrobe started, and will model in a pinch.
My sister has agreed to come out and play dress up with me so we may get some good pics but I'm just gonna have fun. We have pics from when we were like 7-9 doing a photo shoot in our bedroom (think bunkbeds, blankets, closet packed with crap). I need to dig them up and scan them.
But for today, work and comforting Sam, as he is afraid of thunder.

Happy Easter, Christians!
Since I am no longer Christian, I don't celebrate Easter. It's always been more of a kid and parent holiday anyway so I don't miss it. Luckily, I did get the day off... its one of the three holidays Regis considers actual closing holidays.
Historicity
Not much to say, sick, started a new book, got creative with some tank tops yesterday so I now have pretty ones to wear, have to try on summer clothes to see what still fits, and I found cute and comfy sandals!
Sunshine makes me happy
Along the canal locksI should go exploring today since its gorgeous out but I'm giving in to my want of cute sandals instead. Waiting to hear back from a couple models about shooting. Hopefully something will come of it. I've realized I have no idea how to network, in any field, and this is slowing my progress. Something else I need to work on... but for now, shopping!
